We stayed in a studio (C101A) June 24-July 1. My wife and I enjoyed the property very much. The resort is located on a quiet east end of the island. The resort is great for all groups (singles, families, couples, group of friends). We saw a good mix of all the groups. Our studio was very nice and close to the office, if any issues arose. Plenty of storage space in the unit (Wardrobe to hang clothes plus three drawers, as well as a large dresser with plenty of drawers). The studio included a recessed area in hall that contained the mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker, silverware, plates, cups, glasses, can opener, corkscrew, etc, etc. The bathroom contained a sink, toilet, and glass shower. Only drawback is my wife would have liked a bathtub (think the 1and 2 bedroom units have a full tub). The resort is quiet and our neighbors were very nice, no loud noises after 10PM. It is very easy to walk to Duval (about four blocks). Mallory Square and much of the tourist attractions are at the far end of Duval Street. Easy to walk if not in a hurry, or scooters and bicycles may be rented (Tropical Scooters had the best prices and are only five blocks from the resort). Louie's Backyard is next door and is a very nice restaurant and bar. It is a bit pricey, but the food is wonderful. We eat there at least once every time we visit Key West (once a year). Dog Beach is next to Louie's backyard, and it is fun to watch the dogs and the owners play in the water and on the small beach. We would definitely stay at Coconut Beach Resort again.

COCONUT BEACH RESORT IS LIKE BEING IN PARADISE , THE CREW THERE ARE SO NICE AND VERY HELPFULL . SIPPING MY COFFE EARLY IN THE MORNING OUTSIDE AND SEEING THE SUNSET AT NIGHT, AND JUST TO HAVE YOUR LITTLE BEACH ON THE BACK AND WELL I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MY STAY .

This small , intimate resort boasts a pool as well as a small private beach. Bask in the sunshine surrounded by mature palm trees and vegetation. If a hot tub is your vibe, it's there for you as well. Adjacent to that area is Louie's Backyard which not only has great food but also has the best view in town. You are minutes away from Duval Street , the main drag in Key West. There you will find Sloppy Joe"s, known to be Ernest Hemingway's hangout as well as a plethora of fine shops and restaurants.

Perfect quite resort on Atlantic side of Key West constructed on the old Spottswood estate, nestled between the luxury resorts of Casa Marina & Reach Key West. Studio with full bathroom and with a kitchenette in a small nook (small refrigerator & microwave). Outdoor pool area with hot tub. Small private beach; free WiFi. Covered off-street parking included. Close to free public shuttle stop. Next to Louie's Backyard where Jimmy Buffet performed early in his career, when at the time he lived in Building A of this resort.

Resort is in very desirable location, on the ocean, with a beach. Not very places in KW are on the ocean.

Walking distance to all activities.

Coconut Beach Resort is a beautiful, serene oasis on the quiet side of an otherwise lively tropical island known for its great food, fishing charters, live music and entertainment for all ages. My family, friends, and I have been visiting annually for over thirty years and three generations now and it is always the best week of the year!

This is a very casual friendly resort. Many of the patrons have been coming for years. It’s very clean.The views are fantastic! It’s in a very quiet location. I love the room with the king-sized bed!

Fabulous and beautiful place, smaller complex with less units than lots of places so its really private. Its on the ocean and connected to one of the best restaurants in Ket West. The unit is a two bedroon two bath lockout and can also be used as two weeks if you only use one bedroon and bath. Lots of upgrades the past two years with new landscaping, pool furniture, balconies, laundry room. This is typically "lobster festival" week in Key West!

I have been renting vacation weeks in Key West for many years. Some were good, some weren't. I have stayed here twice and now own a week. While not a Four Season, this is a good timeshare value in a very "diverse' vacation spot. It is a well maintained resort in a quiet location with great ocean views. Downtown excitement is a moderate walk away but far enough to insulate a vacationing family from the "over served" !. My wife and I never have a car and walk everywhere.

I've personally stayed in this unique one bedroom unit. The private balcony over looking the Atlantic ocean where I have my morning coffee and relax is amazing. The main kitchen area has a sleep sofa as well as a double bed. Thorough enjoy staying in CBR and this unit.

Located on the quiet side of the island, with beach and Atlantic Ocean access. We love to rent bikes and pedal everywhere. Great snorkeling area next to Casa Marina's pier. Beautiful beachfront location with a beach access and steps to Duval Street.

Coconut Beach Resort is a little bit of paradise. On the quiet side of the island. Join the party anytime you like or look out at the ocean with family. Not a corporate resort, small lovely. It is a place to built memories. We have over the 30 years we have owned our spot.

This secluded Key West beachfront condo is a short walk from 'Southernmost Point' in the US landmark and the famous and lively Duval Street. Minutes from Duval Street and area restaurants.

Closest unit to the water of any unit in Key West.

Been going to Coconut Beach Resort for many years. We have had a beautiful time each year. The staff is wonderful and let us check in early many times. The hot tub overlooking the ocean is amazing especially during a sunset. The resort is clean and has a parking garage.We have brought people with us on vacation and have always gotten positive feedback. CBR is only 2 blocks away from Duvall Street but in a quiet neighborhood. The public beach is also within walking distance. Perfect vacation spot.

A small intimate resort directly on the ocean. Enjoy the view and watch fabulous nightly sunsets from the balcony or lounge directly below in the beautiful pool area. When you’re hungry head next door to one of Key West’s best restaurants. It’s an easy walk to bustling Duval Street for shopping or nightlife, but when you you’re done it’s nice to head back to the quiet, peaceful resort.

Our Family has been visiting for over twenty years and it is a wonderful place with friendly people and gorgeous views. It's a five minute walk to the Southernmost Point and the east end of Duval Street, making for a very walkable vacation.
