We had family reunions here. The location to all of Orlando and yes, Disney and Universal is unbeatable. The staff is helpful, always something to do, so I am not sure that I could comment on the sleep comfort. We were dead tired. LOL

Stayed in the Falls area which has a townhouse style design instead of they typical hotel building ones. Plenty of peace and quiet away from the pool areas but within a short walking distance to everything.

Sheraton Vistana is a beautiful resort that has an enormous array of activities for everyone. There are multiple pools (one with a slide), hot tubs, basketball courts, tennis and pickleball courts, miniature golf, surrey bike rentals, playgrounds, grills, restaurants, and a marketplace! You do not even have to leave the resort if you so choose! If you choose to go to Disney, it is a short drive!

The resort is beautiful and is great for families. There are several pools, eating options, and activities to enjoy. It is near to all of the Disney and other Orlando them parks.

We have owned this property several years and there is so much to do at the resort and you are 5 minutes from the front entrance to Disney World.

Amenities and Activities Parks Access: The resort is roughly 5–10 minutes from the entrance of Walt Disney World properties. On-Site Fun: Guests have access to 13 lighted tennis courts, an 18-hole miniature golf course (Animal Trax), and multiple basketball and volleyball courts. Dining: Beyond the Cascades bar, the resort offers several restaurants like Zimmie’s Bar & Grill and Azzula.

Super close to all Disney / Universal parks and entertainment. My family and I have been staying here for over 20 years and the resort keeps getting better and better, offering our family the best of memories at an affordable price year after year!

Short drive to all the theme parks, restaurants and shopping, super location and quality accommodation and facilities. Pools are great and sports courts plentiful, resort has so many to choose from, and mini golf and gym facilities and arcades. Concierge service perfect and you call them and they rush over on a golf cart straight away with anything you need.

Our family made many happy memories here. The kids loved the pools and activities. The location is perfect for visiting the mouse! It’s clean and well maintained.

Great location - close to everything! Nice screened porch overlooking small lake with fountains. Plenty of activieies avialable on-site for both adults and kids.

Phenomenal timeshare in updated unit. Lots to do. Pools for every size - wading to waterfalls. Miniature golf. Lots of activities. Good restaurants although full kitchen is invaluable. 1mile from Disney entrance with shuttle provoded. Fantastic resort for famillies.

Excellent location, very short drive to all attractions. Spacious well-maintained villas and property. The resort has many activities, pools, workout centers, general store, restaurants, bars, all available year round. Villas are well-equipped with everything you need. also near major grocery stores.
