The resort is well run. It is convieniently located by the Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral. Really enjoy watching the cruise ships coming and going.

My family has been vacationing at the Holiday Inn Club Vacation Cape Canaveral Resort since 2007. It is a beautiful resort and the staff goes above and beyond to make our vacation memorable year after year. We thoroughly enjoy going to the beach part of the day and then to the pool/waterpark. The food and drinks are great at the tike bar and restaurant. If you're not too exhausted after a full day in the sun there is a movie theater and mini golf onsite. The villas are always clean and always have a full stock of kitchen supplies, towels, and beach towels.

One of our favorite Holiday Inn Vacation Club properties!!! The variety of activites that can be enjoyed right there are amazing....Cruise Ships docking, rocket launches & of course...A Great Beach!

Rright near Cape Canaveral cruise port & Kennedy Space center. Night-time launches are a beautiful sight. The location is excellent.

We have vacationed here yearly as a family for nearly 10 years! Great oceanfront property, kid friendly pool and separate quiet pool, lazy river, fitness center, sauna, hot tubs, and we've seen several rocket launches from the beach and from our balcony! The restaurant on property is awesome and between eating there and cooking in the condo...no need to leave resort unless you want to! 😀

My family has enjoyed visiting this resort for years. It is always beautiful and friendly with lots of great activities. Short walk or shuttle to the beach, close to the Space Center and Port, and only about an hour away from all the theme parks in Orlando. Perfect location!

Beach and pool area amenities are amazing!! Close to the port and space center, we get close up experiences of rocket launches every time we stay! Also great for Bike Week and Spring Break, Disney and Cruisers.

Our stay at this resort was absolutely wonderful. The accommodations were spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a comfortable sofa bed, which made it perfect for our group. The full kitchen was well equipped and very convenient, and having a washer and dryer in the unit made our stay even more comfortable. The Xbox gaming system was a great bonus and kept everyone entertained during downtime.

The resort amenities truly made this place stand out. We loved the arcade room and the variety of resort activities available each day. The pool area was a highlight, complete with a lazy river and fun water slides for all ages. Getting around the large property was easy thanks to the shuttle service, which ran regularly and was very convenient.

Another big plus was the on-site restaurant and bar, offering great food and drinks without having to leave the resort. The beach was within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted.

Overall, this resort offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or groups looking for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Great resort for Families!! Less than hour to Orlando Themeparks, makes it easy to spend a day at a theme park, and sleep back at resort.

The resort offers an impressive array of on-site activities, including a water park-style pool, a lazy river, a four-story waterslide, and mini-golf. A tram provides easy access to different parts of the property and the beach. The resort's beachfront access and its proximity to Port Canaveral, offers views of cruise ships and rocket launches from the Kennedy Space Center. The rooms, particularly the villas, are very spacious and comfortable, often featuring kitchenettes and separate living areas. A very family-friendly resort; the wide range of activities and the suite-style rooms make the resort a popular choice for families with children.

We have loved this resort since first visiting in 2001 and have owned ever since. Holiday Inn has been steadily putting money into the resort to upgrade the facilities. Both Oceanfront and pool are great places to stay and both are recently remodeled. The area outside the resort (Port Canaveral) has become a destination on its own for restaurants, live music, fishing, watersports, Cruiseline and casino ships and NASA tours. Port Canaveral is becoming a tourist destination for cruise ships, and this has rejuvenated the surrounding area and restaurants.

Thee best place to vacation we've ever been to! And we've been to a lot! There is always something to do at the resort - and they offer so many extra activities. The innertubes are free for the lazy river, as are all of the sports equipment for basketball, tennis, mini golf, and shuffleboard. We love the new "quiet" pool next to the Oceanfront building. Fishing charters at the port are amazing, as is watching a rocket launch right from your oceanfront balcony! CCBR is truly an amazing place to play and have awesome fun...or just relax for a peaceful, relaxing vacation while sitting on your oceanfront balcony and watching surfers, cruise and cargo ships, launch vessels, submarines, and dolphins! Enjoy!

Our family has enjoyed this resort for at least 15 years (from when it was originally the Ron Jon Cape Caribe resort.) We have made so many wonderful family memories enjoying the amenities like the pool, lazy river, poolside bingo, mini-golf, video games & pool in the game room, and lots of movies in their little theater. The beach is perfect for long walks and watching sunrises. Also, the resort has done some very nice updates to the Oceanfront units!
