Our favorite in SoCal, easy access to San Diego and LA, so it makes a great home base. Lots of great eats nearby, too, if cooking on vacation is not your style. Property is well-maintained and any issues that arise are tended to quickly. Staff are all courteous and friendly. 2 heated pools, one with a slide and pool-side bar, a full kitchen in 1, 2, and 3BR units and washer/dryers either in-unit or in-building so you can pack light and run a load while you hit the pool!

Unit is guaranteed in Cove area where all buildings have elevators, and access to main pools, etc.

Unit is reserved for week 33 in 2022, and maintenance charges have been paid as of 1/1/2022.

This location is so beautiful and convenient to everything in Carlsbad. Our 2 bedroom unit is spacious and comfortable for family to be comfortable. Super close to Carlsbad, beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Very cool that it just adjacent to Legoland. Such a blast!

MarBrisa is a great family-friendly resort. Room suites are clean and offer a spacious bedrooms, living area, dining room and a full kitchen. Great for family or group vacations. On-site fitness center, multiple pools and fun activity centers and events for guests. Walking distance to Legoland is definitely a plus. Also near attractions: Carlsbad Village, Carlsbad Premium Outlets, Windmill Food Hall, Flower Fields, The crossings at Carlsbad Golf Course and many more!

MarBrisa is the best! Great location, great staff, beautiful commom areas, and lots of activities for all ages.

A 2 Bedroom Luxury. Each Bedroon is complete with bathroom. The location is idea with weather and a short walking distance to the ocean.

Beautiful resort at a prime location near the beach with a private entrance to Legoland. Great amenities, which includes multiple pools along with a secluded ambiance.

This resort is directly adjacent to Legoland and is walking distance to the gate. It has a fantastic pool and rec room for the kids. It is also convenient to the beach and Torre Pines state park.

Access to Legoland through the back entrance is a great feature. The pools and activities are great. The location is great with access to multiple activities.

Beautiful Resort. Period. Our favourite resort in California. Pools and Palm Trees. Costco nearby. A short drive to the beach and/or the Village of Carlsbad. Not far from Legoland also.

This is a beautiful resort. Close to beaches, Sn Diego, Disneyland and many wonderful restaurants. This resort has a private gate into Leggo Land which is great for families with littlw ones. Leave your car parked at the resort and walk on over to Leggo Land.

It isn't required to use the 3 bedroom suite at Marbrisa. There is a point system so you use less points if you choose a Studio and you can stay for as little as 3 nights. The main pool area is fantastic! We stay for the Carlsbad street festival the first Sunday in May. Haven't found anything as enjoyable. Not a flea market. All top vendors,

Beautiful resort located in Carlsbad CA within two miles of ocean. The pool areas remind me of being in a tropical setting. Resort has its own private entrance to Legoland as ot is right next door. The units were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We stayed in the Cove area where the bigger pools and water slides are located. We are looking firward to returning soon.

Excellent location for San Diego area and Laguna Beach. Plus Carlsbad has so much to offer.

Marbrisa is a perfect location from which to enjoy the Southern California coastline. Carlsbad is one of our favorite cities in SoCal: there are a lot of great restaurants and other activities in Carlsbad. We have looked forward to being there every time we visit!
