I have owned this Studio unit at Sweetwater Lift Lodge for over 20 years now and I have loved every minute of ownership. Having the "red week" of 3rd to 4th Saturday of January every year is perfect snow and ski season, and easy to rent out if I don't visit myself. Reservations and renting out my unit are seamless and the front desk staff is so helpful. The new texting system for reservations and questions is wonderful. The pool and hot tub are clean and refreshing after a day of skiing or business meetings, the town of Park City is easy to navigate, and there's so much to do within walking distance - the ski resort is across the street, and the bus stop is just down the long stairway, in front of the town Library and service is rapid and safe. An excellent location in Park City and family friendly amenities.

THE END OF JANUARY/FIRST OF FEBUARY, CONSISTANTLY ONE OF THE BEST SKI WEEKS OF THE SEASON. THIS IS A FANTASTIC LOCATION, A VERY SHORT WALK (APPROX. 600 FEET) TO THE MOUNTAIN VILLAGE BASE AREA WHERE THERE ARE 4 LIFTS: PAYDAY EXPRESS, FIRST TIME EXPRESS, CRESCENT EXPRESS, AND 3 KINGS. IMAGINE WALKING OUT THE DOOR AND BEING AT THE LIFT IN TEN MINUTES. YOU HAVE ACCESS TO 7,300 ACRES AND 42 LIFTS SERVING 348 RUNS FOR A TOTAL OF 155 MILES OF TRAILS.

You can’t get any closer to the slopes without exorbitant costs. This is a deal for a family ski vacation on Christmas week.

Nice studio apartment, next to Park City Marriott. Walk to Park City Base. Unit has 1 reserved parking space. Great restaurants and taverns within walking distance. Town shuttle stop 1 block way. Excellent 3rd week in March. Perfect spring skiing week.

30 minute drive to beautiful Sundance Ski Resort for more economical ski lift ticket prices.

1 bedroom sleeping for 6 along with 2TVs. We have had this room for about 50 years. The unit has been updated many times along with a beautiful new lobby. Across the street from Park City lifts. 5 minutes walk to lifts. Friendly staff.

Closest condo units to main ski center and bus center (100 yard walk). Easy access to condo down 3 steps from street parking. Full size lap pool and very large Jacuzzi, exercise gym, pool table and game room. Color TVs, Wi-Fi, and fireplace.

Very cozy timeshare with Private Covered Parking across the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. Near to Bus Stop offering free transportation around Park City area. Beautiful heated pool with poolside shower and the comfort of large hot tub at the resort. Wonderful location. Take the bus or walk to nearby stores. Hiking galore. 4th of July week with parade held in town. Fireplace/AC equipped. Free WiFi. Well equipped kitchen with nice dining table and kitchen accessories. Linens are serviced midweek or when requested by guest. Very accommodating staff - always ready to help make your stay a pleasant one.
