Great resort with lots to do. All inclusive not mandatory. Great place for families with events for children and adults.

Everything about this resort is WONDERFUL. The location can't be beat, the rooms were just remodeled, view, pool, restaurants, entertainment, service, courtesy is 5 star.

We have owned and visited 2 weeks every year since 1999. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Location and views are outstanding. Convenient to downtown (walking distance) with many excellent restaurants and nightlife activities. Also convenient to COSTCO and other discount shopping. Many excellent recreational activities.

Always a good trip to VDP! Love the resort property for the lush landscape and beautiful view. Having breakfast overlooking the bay is such a great way to start the day! The rooms are spacious and especially like the 1BD units with the two baths. The kitchen is great for making a quick meal and happy hour prep.

Staff is super helpful with any questions. Love the store onsite. Close enough walking distance to town or hop on the bus at the entrance gate.

We’re going the past 15 years. Members for last 10. Fabulous location. Fun place. Great restaurants you can access over the 3 Villa resorts. All inclusive available and we have done so a few times. Units are spacious, clean, updated and daily maid service a luxury Suite

The resort is very close to downtown Cabo. The pool and beach spots are beautiful. The rooms are very large with spacious living rooms and kitchens.

We stayed for 14 nights in November 2025. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Always with a smile. The room is very spacious and comfortable. We loved how close we were to town. We were within walking distance to downtown. The view of the ocean and arches is breathtaking.

Amazing resort! Pool area, bar, lobby, restaurants, and outside entertainment area completely remodeled. Amazing! Perfect location to the Marina and downtown. Walking distance on the beach or through town. Beautiful views of the Arch and bay.

Excellent location, very good customer service. Perfect if you have children or if you just want to get away with your spouse or loved one. Food is excellent, has all inclusive choice if you like. Ocean is beautiful and beach is clean.!

This resort has been recently remodel and updated. Has the feel of a higher end resort at a much lower cost. The staff are friendly and responsive. Only a short walk to downtown Cabo and the Marina. It has a great view of Lands End.
