This is our favorite resort and our family are very sad we are not able to go this year. The complex is secure and our children and grandchildren have always thoroughly enjoyed the time - and weather. This would also be ideal for 4 couples who love golf as the amazing Jack Nicklaus designed Quivira golf course is a few hundred yards away - and sharing the cost is far cheaper than each of the couples staying in a one bedroom - and the experience and accomodation incomparable! The home is amazing and I promise you and your guests will keep saying "Wow" as you walk through. I encourage you to go on the web to - Novaispania Governor - under Videos there is a 3 minute 40 second video showing you unit #5. Our unit is #8 and is exactly the same - 3 homes away with same view. Guaranteed you will love it and the rate is below market

This is a most luxurious home and we absolutely feel total relaxation when staying here! You are so very close to the ocean! The ocean is literally beyond one side road over your back fence!!

We stay at the Viceroy which is the larger of the two Novaispania properties. The Governor is the smaller of the two and less expensive. You will enjoy either one but be sure you ask which home you are staying at!

Beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean within walking distance of the unit. Excellent personal attention from the staff. Private beach.

We have been owners for years. This is a great resort. Novaispania Villias are the best Pueblo Bonito has to offer in Cabo.

Fabulous place where you can see whales from your patio and have a wonderful ocean view for sunrises and sunsets. The concierge makes everything easy! Best place on the resort.

This home is perfect for our family and friend get-togethers. The views are spectacular, and the amenities are first class. We love our Butlers. They are there to help with everything from check in to check out, dinner reservations, beach and pool chair reservations and any issue that popped up!

Great place to vacation with 22 restaurants and fun activities with a challenging golf course ...Very safe and clean resort with all inclusive availability....and well guarded for safety.

This is our favorite destination worldwide. We have been enjoying it for 12 years and will continue to do so. Extraordinary property with exceptional service. The area offers many opportunities, but sometimes we just stay at "home" because it is a dream come true.

Beautiful oceanfront homes within Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. Four bedrooms with tons of space for entertaining or just relaxing. Large private pool with swim up bar and outdoor TV. Firepit with seating and perfect views of the ocean and sunset. Large private spa adjacent to the pool and hot tub outside of second floor main bedroom. Full kitchen with much storage. Great for a family vacation or trip with friends. Have been several times and never disappointed.

The best location in Cabo for a grand home. Lots of fun just staying in and enjoying the luxury of this home. Pool and dining are the best as you are completely private. With all the other Pueblo Bonito Resorts a short ride away there is lot for everyone to enjoy!

Great place to take friends and family, with 4 large bedrooms with in Suite baths. Pool and amenities are luxurious.

The most amazing home right on the beach... view all the way around the home except one side where there is another home. Best home in the area. Furnishings are amazing and a full kitchen with high end appliances .The service was exceptional, just one call away for anything you need or want. Cant wait to go again!!!!!

Novaispania Viceroy homes at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach are easily among the most luxurious in all of Cabo. This Viceroy home, at the beach with unobstructed 180 degree beach views, private pool and spa, spacious bedrooms, chefs kitchen, outdoor grill and eating/TV areas, fire pit, private courtyard with fireplace... the amenities go on and on! Lots of places to eat at the resort or in town. Spectacular golf at Quivira. We love Novaispania!

Novaispania Viceroy Units are the divine uber luxury "mini mansion"s, and truly "the top of the line". Governor units are also very nice, just not nearly as large. Both are the ultimate in luxury and fun, but if in doubt, choose a Viceroy! Where else do you get a personal concierge for under $1,000 a night? He coordinates any reservations you might want, on or off property. You call for golf-cart rides anywhere on the expansive beautifully kept Sunset Beach property. So many choices on food/restaurants/bars. From casual to uber classy!! So many fun activities, pools, spas, games. World class golf on the oceanfront. If that isn't enough, there is a free bus that leaves multiple times a day to sister resorts Sunset Blanco and Sunset Rose, both in the heart of Cabo. Choose to be a relaxed or active as you want. We have not found any accommodations better for the cost, and we travel a lot!!! We never get tired of this place, the kids beg to go, the teens adore it (easy for them to be protected on the property but not always with mom and dad so they have some "privacy"), and mom and dad get the relaxation we need.

Beautiful resort. Great view of beach and ocean. Large private upscale residence. The Viceroy model is the largest unit with your own pool, hot tub, fire pit, outside bar and large kitchen inside. lots of room for all. 4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 12.
