Resort is located in the heart of Waikiki close to Ocean, Beaches, Shopping and Transportation. Rooms are well equipped with full kitchens and all the necessities to prepare meals in the room. The recreation floor has a great pool, bbq, showers, sauna, fitness area, laundry, eating area and free wifi. Free secure parking was a huge plus considering the cost and limited parking available in Waikiki. Overall a great place for a couple or family of up to 4 people.

I've owned at Lifetime in Hawaii for over 20 years now and it's like coming home. The location can't be beat, in the middle of Waikiki and a short walk to the beach.

The units are comfortable and all have balconies, full kitchens and even though it's a studio, you don't feel like you're on top of each other.

Excellent Resort in terms of cleanliness and staff. Provided the basic comforts of home in an excellent location near Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, Beachwalk, and the beautiful Sheraton Waikiki beachfront properties. We had so many dining and shopping options each night. Our daughter loved the friendly staff and looking out the window at the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton. We will return again.

If you want location for an affordable price, this is the place. Conveniently located right in the heart of Waikiki and 2 blocks to the beach. You don't even have to rent a car if you don't want to as you can walk to everything or take the city bus which stops directly in front of the building. Walk one block to the Waikiki hotels to have dinner or cocktails (lots of entertainment here) and you don't have to worry about driving home. Parking is difficult in Waikiki but not for us as the Royal Kuhio has it's own secured garage. The lobby has a security guard on duty and a key is necessary to gain entrance to the elevators from lobby and from garage. Lifetime in Hawaii units are high enough up that you have a view. They are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will go back again, and again.

This is a wonderful resort located in the heart of Waikiki. We have owned here since 2001 and have used it ourselves in most years. When we have brought friends or family with us, they have been very impressed with the high quality of the accommodations.

The location is ideal as you are close to the beach without the traffic headaches. Everything is within walking distance including shopping and restaurants.

Many of the tour operators have local pick-up within a block or two if you don't want to rent a car. If you do have a car, there is complimentary garage parking which is secured and not open to the public.

The Lifetime in Hawaii resort is located ideally 2 blocks from beach, and on all bus route. It is extremely convenient to all. The resort is very clean, the office staff very helpful in assisting with water sports, diving, snokeling, tours, horsebacking riding, inter- island flights. The unit is very homey, comfortable, tastefully decorated, lanai offers breathtaking views of Honolulu and Waikiki, the mountain side, ocean, beach and Diamond Head. We will definitely return again and again when we can. Friends and extended family have been in awe of this jewel and I highly and personally recommend it.

A great resort with free parking in downtown Waikiki. Minutes to all of the restaurants and Waikiki Beach. This particular unit is a one bedroom divided from a family type room and kitchen. It has one bath and a pull-out couch.

Please read the description on Lifetime in Hawaii, Royal Kuhio sites. In addition to multiple views from the Royal Kuhio, they have on-site parking which will save you a lot of money and be very convenient if you rent a car.

In the middle of the action a few blocks from Waikiki beach and close to restaurants. Rooms were recently renovated and the amenities are great for a downtown high rise location. They include a pool, tennis court, playground, basketball, BBQs, sauna, gym and more... Love the place.
