Greatest location in Seaside! Super convenient access to the Promenade and downtown shopping. Right on the beach for the best Oregon Coast experience. Pool and hot tub with ocean view round out the experience.

Excellent location. Beach is endless and great for long walks. Boardwalk for easier walks. Wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance. Parking on site. Balconies in all units.

This is a great resort, one of my favorites! It is located right on the beach and the boardwalk, and is in the center of town, which has great shopping and restaurants. Each unit has it's own deck with a view of the ocean. The rooms include a fireplace to sit by on cool nights, a washer and dryer, and elevator access. The resort features a swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, and if you have kids, they will enjoy the childrens' pool and playground. But the beach is the star of the show; it goes on for miles and is great for wading, discovering, or romantic walks with your beau.

This location is hard to beat, right on the beach, with easy access to the promenade, shops, restaurants, the boardwalk, and oceanfront views!

This is a family friendly place to stay. With a pool and game room. With in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. So much do and near by.

The location can't be beat. Right on the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants, arcades and shops. Be sure to try Fultano's Pizza--and Norma's Steakhouse has the best clam chowder....hands down! Also, there is NO street to cross to get to the beach, just the Promenade--it's a walking path that follows the coastline.

Property is nicely located on the Seaside Promenade. Resort is comfortable! We’ve been out on the beach walked along the shore. The promenade is an easy walk and allows one to appreciate the ocean without going down onto the beach. The resort has two hot tubs, a nice heated outdoor pool and a kiddie pool. There’s a business center you can use if you must do business while away from home. We don’t have an ocean front unit but it faces the ocean and is nice enough to enjoy an ocean view. There is a nice gas fireplace which makes the unit nice and cozy. The unit also has a Murphy bed that can accommodate two more. The kitchen is well equipped if one chooses to eat in. It is located near the historical turnaround with many shops and restaurants in close proximity alleviating the necessity of driving anywhere. Parking is free to guests of the resort. Because it’s a timeshare, there is no daily housekeeping service BUT the full kitchen saved us a lot of money as we didn't have to eat out all the time. Overall a wonderful experience! We can't wait to be back!

We have stayed there several times. Its just across the street from the beach and walking distance to most everything including dinning and the aquarium.

We love this resort! Been to it multiple times and the location in Seaside is hard to beat. It is great in the summer, spring, fall or winter. We have been here in every season and it is fantastic.

WorldMark Seaside offers the finest accommodations on the Oregon Coast. The 4th of July celebration on beach will give you magic memories that will last a lifetime.

Multiple things to do at and around the resort. There’s a wide variety of food choices in the area, or cook for yourself in the room’s full kitchen. Friendly on any budget. Kids and adults love it!

This beautiful 2 bedroom rental is on the top floor. The balcony is above the main street and the turn around is easily seen. There are different views of the ocean. Restaurants and shops are just outside the door. Worldmark has a large pool, two hot tubs, game room and large sitting area with a big roaring fireplace. It is a great place to relax and do as much or as little as you wish. The unit has a full kitchen, washer & dryer and jetted tub off the main bedroom. Please enjoy!

One of my favorite locations...with the town just outside the doors of the resort and the entire coast waiting to be explored. Soooo many memories here with our friends and family...and we always seem to find something new in between the visits to all of our favorite spots.

As avid explorers, we were drawn to the allure of the coastline and the promise of a rejuvenating escape, and Seaside Resort exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The cozy ambiance, combined with the sound of crashing waves, created a serene retreat that instantly melted away our everyday stresses. 10/10 recommend for those travelers looking to get away from the craziness

Wow amazing resort at the round a bout - luxury on the beach with an amazing pool and hottub. Great fun playing on the beach, crabbing, clamming and tooling around the city.

This is the premium WorldMark Resort right on the absolute best flat sandy beach in Oregon. The resort opens directly onto the very wide and well maintained cement promenade bicycle/walk/skate path that runs the length of the long and very expansive public beach which is delightful for both children and adults.

The resort is immediately adjacent to the famous street turn-around that extends out onto the beach. There is unlimited access right onto the beach and ocean. The fabulous public professional Seaside Fourth of July Fireworks Display is on the beach right in front of the resort. There is often a beach lifeguard in the lifeguard tower.

There is a free covered parking structure attached to the resort that is restricted to WorldMark guests only. The Master Bedroom has its own spacious bathroom. The Murphy Bed is a high quality full queen size. The units usually include a partial ocean view.

The resort has 5 stories w/ elevators and all the usual resort amenities including fitness center, shared computers and printers, rec room, large shaped pool with water spray, separate small children's pool and hot tubs. The ground level is w/in very easy walking distance of the Seaside Aquarium and the ground level of the resort has multiple small shops and food stops, etc. Bumper cars, miniature golf, very large commercial arcade, taffy, ice cream, cotton candy, Merry Go Round and bike and paddle boat rentals are all extremely close.

There is a gas BBQ on every unit's private balcony. There are ceiling fans in every unit. There is WiFi access throughout the resort. There is complimentary coffee until 11am each day in the concierge area.
