We've been owners since 1999, having purchased a studio and subscribed to the RCI points exchange program. Upgraded to a two bedroom suite on the second floor in 2002. A lot has happened at Riverview over the years and all for the best. A great location, just an hours drive from Boston Logan International airport and fronts Parkers River with the marina close by. Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard easily accessible. Local restaurants & entertainment close by. Staff are very friendly and helpful with the team being well established & led by a very approachable manager. Now living in Europe with our autumnal years quickly passing by it's time to let it go.

We have had a 1 bedroom unit starting on the second floor, but have switched to a first floor unit. We have stayed at Riverview since it opened in 1998. It recently had a major renovation. Each unit now has a full refrigerator. We are boomers, and traveling is getting too difficult. We are offering it for sale at nearly the same price that we paid in 1998. It now costs $17K with the new management company.

This resort is very family friendly, with lots of places nearby to keep kids busy. Not far from a couple of fantastic beaches as well! Indoor pool, game room, and full kitchen to host dinner are all well maintained. The employees were really helpful in answering questions about local events and things to do.

Great Cape Cod vacation central location. Indoor pool, sun deck ,barbecues, picnic benches, fishing on river in back and short ride to the beach. Shopping ,restaurants, activities in walking distance. I have owned it for 25 years giving it up now that kids and grandkids are grown, great memories.

This is a great place with terrific facilities located in the middle of Cape Cod at South Yarmouth. Indoor Pool and outside picnic and grilling area was a hit with us ! Closeby is Chatham and the National Seashore., a must do!

This Resort has been purchased by Vacation Internatinale and has been recently renovated. The resort faces a small river (soon to be large marina) on one side and a small marina on another. It is very centrally located for restaurants, shopping and entertainment in the Mid Cape region. I like this resort because it is peaceful and immaculate. Great Sunsets and Sunrises!

Plenty of space, living room and both bedrooms. TVs in each room. Hyannis nearby, where Kennedy compound located. Close to ferries to Nantucket, Martha's Vinyard. About an hour from Boston. Plenty to do on the Cape in a week.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Has its own boat which takes you to the beach in summer. saves parking cost and allows family members to go at different times. Near everything.
