We've been here multiple times. This resort is just close enough to Sedona you can visit the entire area with hiking, shopping, spas, wineries, dining, etc, and return to your resort away from the busy traffic and wall to wall people to relax in the spectacular Arizona weather. We love visiting Jerome, and as a must riding the train to see spectacular scenery and wildlife. Cottonwood has much to offer, too, as there is so much more to see. We love the hiking and jeeping and even once visited the Grand Canyon!

  • Besides being a great place to stay, it was quiet, even though it was near all things Sedona.

  • Loved being out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the whole area of Sedona.

Beautiful location just outside Sedona Arizona! Golf Course right next to the resort, and great towns nearby like Cottonwood, Jerome and of course the beautiful Red Rocks of Sedona. Wineries and fantastic restaurants all within a few miles.

We have stayed here three times, and enjoyed each visit. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything that you would need and more. ( one bedroom unit) When we arrived they had the dining table all set for us. This was a first! It is about 10 minutes from Sedona which make it a location with a lot less traffic and better prices for dining and shopping. It is also located on a golf course. Many major attractions are just minutes away. The units were always super clean, as well as the pool area, spa, and clubhouse. The staff is very helpful and responsive to any issues or questions that you may have. You need to plan ahead to stay here since it always seems to be full.

Traded in through RCI and stayed here for a week while visiting Sedona and Jerome. Adjacent to 18 hole golf course with club house, restaurant and complex all still under construction. Spacious one bedroom unit with absolutely no view of the spectacular surroundings. Our unit looked directly into our neighbors. The small lockoff was poorly laid out. The quality of construction was quite inferior, you could hear a pin drop through the walls from one unit to another. During the timeshare tour (for a free round of golf) our guide promoted the great number of RCI points that could be used for trading while telling us this would be a great investment for rental as the area has a shortage of rooms. As a result we have witnessed a substantial number of one nighters, surely not a timeshare owners destination. This complex also offers membership of their amenities to local residents. Accommodations in or closer to Sedona would be a better choice.

This new resort is nice, sitting in the midst of a couple new housing developments. The grounds are nice, with a pool and 2 spas. There are no resort activities as yet. We found it to have the perfect location for visiting Jerome and Sedona. However, we were very unhappy with the poorly planned kitchenette in the studio units. Very poorly planned and inefficient. The large bathroom door blocked the toilet area completely, so one can get "trapped" in the toilet area if the bathroom door is closed. The phone system was confusing and no instructions were provided for it.........we could not retrieve our messages. The unit was supposed to sleep 4, but the dinette set was for 3 people (lacking a 4th chair).

All in all though, it's nice, new and the staff are terrific. Just don't plan to cook much (I brought my own George Foreman grill and crock pot).
