Significant villa and plumbing work underway from Sept. 13 - Dec. 12, 2025. Noise and activity can be expected daily from 8 - 5. Amenities are not expected to be impacted.

Please note that the Lahaina Tower Pool will be closed for refurbishment from September 2, 2025, to November 21, 2025. During this time, the Super Pool and Napili Tower Pool will be open. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open.

One-bedroom and two-bedroom suites have a kitchenette (includes apartment-size refrigerator, sink, microwave, dishwasher and tableware but no stove top or oven).

Rentals are subject to an additional occupancy tax that vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $36.84/night for two-bedroom units.

On-site self-parking is approximately $30/day, and valet parking is approximately $35/day. For owners and guest of owners, the parking fee may be waived.
