Resort lobbies under renovation April 20th of 2025 through January 31st of 2026

Facade painting will be underway from April 13, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Work will occur during daytime hours, and moderate construction noise and dust in the work areas may be experienced.

All units have ocean views & "oceanside" units are closer to the ocean.

Rentals are subject to an environmental fee of approximately $9/day as well as a hospitality tax of approximately $2/night for studio units.

A housekeeping fee of up to $88 (subject to change) may apply on certain two week, lockoff units depending on how the reservation was booked. Please contact the owner directly for additional details.
