We have gone to Hilton Head every year for over 30 years! We ended up buying at Sandshare, because it offered the greatest value for a prime location and ammenities! The unit is very comfortable, and allows us to walk less than a minute to all of the restuarants shops and music venues in Coligny Plaza. And is only 2 blocks from the Beach! We are now forced to sell because I developed cancer and can't travel like I used to, so I am willing to owner finance, and or discount the unit, for a Prime Platinum week in June!!! I have been there twice and it is absolutely beautiful, only a 5 minutes walk to the beach.The rooms are big and spacious and beautifully decorated.If you like sight seeing and golf this is the place for you.

If you want to rent this year, the weeks available are12/20 -1/2.If you want to rent or buy the timeshare the weeks available in 2004 are 10/9/2004 -1/7/2005.
