Ke Nani Kai is for those who want a quiet sort of vacation. You can drive around the island, watch surfing, engage in many water sports, swim or hike, visit the leper colony at kalaupapa (magnificent scenery), enjoy simpler things like the smells in the bakery and fish and chips (the freshest fish on earth) at the Hotel Molokai, right on the water. If you want a quiet sleep and some time alone on sandy beaches, this will delight you. You might be the only one on the beach. And you will see awesome sunsets. Parking is not hard to find on this island. Tour a mac nut or coffee farm, hike the valleys, fly the sea cliffs. This is Hawaii without being paved.

We have owned here for over 8 years without any issues. Introduced to us by family who have been coming here for almost 20 years it does feels like home away from home. If you like rural hometown feeling this is the place for you. Sit back relax by the ocean or pool and let the warm winds and tranquil scenery take your breathe away.

Molokai has been our favorite island since a honeymoon trip in 1979. Ke Nani Kai is our resort of choice. Have stayed multiple times and will continue to do so. This is QUIET Hawaii -- not like all the rat race back home. Every time we stay at Ke Nani Kai, we consider buying a unit. It's on our list of long-term investments! And if you go, don't forget to sample the goods at Kanemitsu Bakery & Restaurant in the village of Kaunakakai. Every vacation needs a few calories and some great bread!

The most relaxing vacation I've had in Hawaii. Recommended for those that think Oahu, Maui, and Kauai have been taken over by the tourists. Thank God some of the real Hawaii remains for now.
