My wife and I just returned from 2 weeks on beautiful Maui. Kihei is a busy place, but in spite of this, we enjoyed a quiet and peaceful vacation. There are morning noises from the parking lot and neighbouring businesses, but the rest of the time it was quiet. Right across the street from a beach park that was perfect for viewing whales and close driving distance to Wailea and Makena to the south. The unit was clean and spacious with 2 TVs. Standard type furniture that we have come to expect. Good kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed and quiet bedroom. Great value here.

The resort is right across the street from fabulous beaches in Kihei. The unit we stayed at faced the parking lot and Freds Restaurant. This made the unit noisy from the numerous truck deliveries. We also stayed in a main floor unit so it lacked privacy due to proximity to parking lot and was very hot as it faces South. The air conditioner was used daily. If you want to spend time at the beach though there are no other units that provide the proximity for the low cost.
