What are the maintenance fees and taxes for one and two bedroom units?

The annual maintenance fees for 2026 for a one bedroom unit are $957 and for a two bedroom unit are $1381.

The annual maintenance fees for a one bedroom unit are $670. A two bedroom unit would be $976 per year.
