Its a great place, currently part of resort is being repaired and remolded from hurricanes last year on the lower level but its a great spot with excellent beach steps from the rooms

Amazing location on semi private beach just a feet away from the beach!!! Stunning views wand walking distance to attractions and restaurant . Once you visit you will keep coming back

Great location. Panoramic view right in front of the Gulf . Large balcony and large unit. Very comfortable place.

I stayed here on an RCI exchange in November 2004 and we loved it. The pool is small but very clean. The hot tub is very spacious and wonderful on a cool November night. We had a spacious, awesome one bedroom unit overlooking the Gulf, but beware exchangers of their one bedroom units facing the pool. Very, Very SMALL. The staff was wonderful, the Gulf sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. The town of Maderia Beach is very nice also with Johns pass just down the street. A can't miss when visiting Maderia Beach. Would recommend to anyone. You will love it. I did.
