Unit 61 is a larger efficiency unit. One king bed and 1 twin. You can ask for another fold out bed for the room so it can sleep 4. It has a stove and microwave. It’s very convenient to everything. I own this week and unit. Let me know if you have questions.

This is a great vacation room in a building with many amenities. It is in the heart of Vineyard Haven and is close to many stores and the ferry. My husband and I both love Martha's Vineyard but we are now in our 80's. This is our timeshare that is for sale and it pains us to sell it. We have 4 timeshares on Martha's Vineyard. Three are at Harbor Landing and one at Harborside Inn. We can no longer physically visit any of them due to our failing health. This is one of the best weeks on the island.

Very nice Resort. Very clean and well maintained. I wouldn't call it a condiminium though. Room was more like a standard hotel room. Room did have a tv and mini fridge. Would have liked to see a microwave and coffeemaker in room. A communal kitchen is availabe with 3 cooking stations as well as a microwave. I would prefer individual kitchens in the units as most timeshares have, but, the communal kithen was acceptable. Complimentary coffee is provided every morning. Sugar is provided, but, you must purchase your own cream. It does have both a convenience store and a grocery store near by. There are plenty of wonderful Restaurants available throughout the island in all price ranges. Some are seasonal, but, many are year round as well. This resort is a 5 ninute walk from the ferry and is very quiet. There is also a bus system that can get you to just about any town on the island. It operates 7 days a week day and evening hours. The island is beutiful and enjoyable. Overall I was pleased with the exchange and would definitely return if an exchange is available in future years.
