Naples is amazing! the location is to die for! Beach is gorgeous and walking distance to the Ritz and LaPlaya hotels.

Million dollar view and beach for a fraction of the price. Great location surrounded by excellent restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed and adult vacation with good friends of ours.

Great resort on beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. The common areas and units have been recently renovated and upgraded. Walking/biking distance to fabulous Delnor-Wiggins Park and beach

Staff is friendly and helpful. Unit is always clean and properly maintained. Great views of the bay and right across the street from the private, gulf side beach. Bars, restaurants, and shopping are a short car or bike ride down Vanderbilt beach road.

Our favourite value resort in Naples. Absolutely prime location on Vanderbilt beach.

Wonderful location, right on the beach. Lanai sunset view is beautiful. Accommodations very, very nice, staff very friendly and helpful. This is a great area close to many restaurants, Mercato and the Ritz Carlton. Naples can't be beat.

What a location--right on Vanderbilt Beach, half way between the Ritz-Carlton and LaPlaya. Two buildings located on the beach or the bay--both with equally spectacular views--still can't decide which one is better! Watch the dolphins swim by from your lanai! There are flat-bottom boats to take out on the quiet little bay--so easy you don't even have to be a boater to handle it. Very quiet and beautiful area, but 1/2 mile away, you'll find Route 41, with every store you could possibly want, restaurants, chain restaurants, fast food, malls, the philharmonic--you name it! LOVE NAPLES!

excellent resort. spacious right on the beach. location is excellent. we go back every Thanksgiving and each year it is more memorable. alll units are 2 bedrooms. gulf side is the beach side bay side is the bay. both are great
