If you are a diver, this is the place to be. First-rate dive operation, great staff, on-site restaurant very good, plus location is perfect--- easily walk to dozens of restaurants. Studio rooms are ok, nice screened porch to air out your gear, could use updating, but hey, you're here to dive, aren't you? Great storage for your dive gear right on the dock.Grounds are lovely, pools nice, tiki umbrellas on docks and along beach, awesome shore diving right from dock. Been there 3 times, going back again this year.

great value,excellent waterfront dinning,first rate dive operation, friendly,accomadating staff,easy walk into town and good restaurants,one of very few resorts with a beach,not many kids, renovated timeshare units, Casino on property, very lay back feeling ,comfortable slightly faded look to exterior of wooden timeshare units, all have screened porch-great for eating or reading out of the sun,nice pool,super convient dive operation, reef right in front of resort(Calabas) good swimming, great sunbathing areas right by water.

The time share units are older but more that adequate. The restuarants are very good and the dive opertion in my opinion is first rate. There are two fresh water pools on the property. The resort is in very easy walking distance to town for more outstanding restaurants and the town pier is only about two blocks away for the divers.
