If we are aware of any fees the resort charges, there will be a note onevery posting. Currently we have a note on Oyster Bay Beach Resortpostings that rentals are subject to government and utility taxes thatwill vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $85 total for studiounits, $99 for one-bedroom units, and $134 for two-bedroom units.
