We own 3 weeks at this resort, but not able to use this one this year. Concrete construction means stable and quiet! Family resort - great for kids of all ages. Fresh seafood and plenty of restaurants nearby. Convenient to St. Augustine, Orlando, and Cape Canaveral. Fantastic place for a relaxing getaway!

We have owned timeshares in 3 states and this is our favorite. Deeded ownership so no having to do multiple attempts to get what we want with floating weeks. Huge condo in a great location that is oceanfront, with easy beach access. Front office is Sue and Ron, very nice to deal with. Clean, comfortable, and has everything in unit you need to cook and some very good restaurants nearby.

Excellent place to stay. Fantastic views from all units. Out the back gate and you are on the beach. Nearby grocery, shopping area and plenty of good restaurants.

Units are very large with well stocked kitchens. Furnishings are very clean, comfortable and in good shape. Staff is very competent, friendly and helpful.

We have been here each of the past two years and look forward to our next stay.

Customer service provided by Janet Stevens at Oceanside 99 has been Outstanding. I have called several times to ask a number of questions on a wide range of topics. Janet has answered the questions promptly and has researched answers when needed. She has returned phone calls and has made me feel like the customer really counts. We had our family of 6 stay at Oceanside 99 for a week and everyone enjoyed it very much. The unit is very spacious and no one got in the others way. We had 3 ladies cooking and it worked out GREAT! We are looking forward to next year!

THE RESORT IS LOCATED ON THE OCEAN.THE ROOMS ARE VERY LARGE AND WELL EQUIPPED WITH ALL THE ESSENTIALS.
