    It’s close to Ventura Harbor in Oxnard Harbor with the restaurants at both locations shopping both locations. It’s close to downtown Oxnard in downtown Ventura for shopping experiences. Walking distance 100 yards to beach, next to a state beach park etc

    I have owned my timeshare for nineteen years and only renting it out as I moved a few miles away. Steps to amazing beach. Quiet, great staff and lots of activities in Oxnard, Ventura and Santa Barbara.

  • Great location near the water - no need to bring beach chairs, etc...and we loved the hot tub on the deck too! Staff was great.

    We just returned from our trip and the rental was fantastic. The whole "house" was absolutely spotless. It was less than 1 block from the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful all the time. Thanks for a great stay.

    Great location, so much to do. Easy drive to Santa Barbara. Clean, comfortable and a great staff. Private spa for each unit is wonderful. Far less traffic and congestion compared to areas south of LA. Nestled among million dollar homes. Walk out the door and down the alley a half block and you are on the beach.
