Are there resort fees to pay on top of the weekly rental ?

On privately owned units, there is not a $50.00 government tax. However, there is an additional tax of $26.25 per diem.

There is a $50/week Timeshare Usage Tax payable upon check in, otherwise, there are no other taxes or resort fees if renting direct from an owner.
