Our cozy studios are perfect for couples seeking a romantic Caribbean getaway. Each studio features a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony with breathtaking ocean views, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Great location for beach, eating and shopping. The resort is on the beach and has the main street of Philipsburg outside its door for great restaurant access and lots of shopping. Watch the different cruise ships that come in every day. Great, friendly staff to assist with whatever you may need.

AMAZING IN EVERY REGARD.

Love this place!

WE LOVE IT HERE! We usually spend 2 weeks, one week here at Sea Palace and 1 week at another resort. But, Sea Palace is our home resort and we couldn't be happier about its location, amenities and friendly staff! You can walk to all kinds of restaurants, casino and high end jewelry stores. You can have breakfast on your balcony and watch the ships come in to port.

What A perfect Place to stay. near everything.

The staff is like family always willing to help. Love the fact that the street is out the front door and the beach out the back.

A very nice resort, right on the beach. Spent the week there in Feb of 2005. The rooms are clean and tidy and you are mintues away from all the down-town stores on Front Street. The units also contain a full small kitchen which is nice.

This hotel is made up of timeshares that you can rent for the week.

The only drawback is that there is no parking other than on the road in front of the hotel which is just about nothing. So if you have a rental car you may need to park it on an side street away from the hotel.

There are some very nice restaurants in the area within a few minutes walking distance so you do not have far to travel to have a very good meal.

One nice feature is that the hotel is right on the beach. Staff is very friendly and nice also.

I would recommend them if you are interesting in staying in St. Phillipsburg.

I plan on staying there again on my next trip back to St. Maarten

We stayed at the Sea Palace the last week of December 2005. The staff was very helpful. We found the apartment to be clean and maid service was provided on Wednesday. The boardwalk now extends to the resort. There is no swimming pool on site but we found the beach to be clean. The Sea Palace provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels at the front desk. This was a very convenient location, close to shopping, restaurants, casinos etc. The Sea Palace now has a parking area across the street for owners and guests. The staff said they are going to be receiving new furniture for the units this spring.

Well maintained property with an excellent staff.Great view and very close to everything. Going back for the second year.

Just spent a wonderful week at the Sea Palace. Staff were friendly, a few things didn't work and weren't resolved, but all in all a lovely place, in the heart of the shopping district, easy access to restaurants, stores, clubs..........I would reccommend this resort to those looking for comfortable, spacious accomodations........Enjoy !
