I have owned a Kimball Condominium unit in Salt Lake City, Utah since 2007. They have always been easy to work with. Our traveling ability and age have caused us to slow our traveling so are wishing to sell. The Kimball is near L.D.S.Temple Square and the Conference Center in Salt Lake City, Utah within a block. Also a few blocks from City Creek Shopping Center. The State Capitol and a Museum are back up the hill several blocks . It has always been clean and frequent updates are continually done. It is easy to phone them and make a reservation. Not complicated! We have friends and family all around the Salt Lake Area so it has been a handy place for us to stay. And in a nice area within walking distance of the areas I've mentioned. Has a small kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishes and utensils! Very nice place to stay.

Great place to stay while visiting Salt Lake. It is close to downtown, across the street from the LDS Conference Center. Close to Ski resorts and 40 min to Park City. Great Place to stay year round.

Microwave….TV living room and each bedroom, Full Cable, Wireless Internet On site Laundry, Fitness, (1) Parking space Off Site: Boating, CC-Skiing. DH Skiing Close to 5 Ski Resorts, Fishing, Golf, Horseback, Lake, Medical Facilities, Tennis Salt Lake Tennis Club & Liberty Park.

Super location! Easy walk to the Temple and the Genealogy Library.

Great location for a visit to Salt Lake City! It's perfect if we want to attend LDS Conference or other events. We also use it when visiting our son at the U.

Close to downtown Salt Lake City. Walking distance to Temple Square, shopping, skiing, fishing. Friendly and helpful staff, free parking, close to rail station.

Centrally located and feels like home. A great place to relax and to take in the sites of the city. Loved staying here, walking distance to everything you want to do and see!

Delightful family orientated resort in the heart of Salt Lake City.Enjoy a family hot tub,sauna an exercise room and a comfortable social sitting room.Ample storage for ski equipment. On a kitty corner with the Mormon Temple and the Tabernacle and the Geneology centre,and across the street from the Convention centre.Convenient and ample on-site parking.Fifteen minutes from the airport.Within an easy walking distance to restaurants,bistros,brew pubs,fine shopping in individual stores and shopping centres.A short distance from the Ice rink,and the Delta Centre.One-hour drive to most of the wonderful ski hills that Utah is famous for.

The furnishings are beautiful, everything was clean, the front desk staff was helpful, the selection of movies available for rent was broad, the location is close to everything in downtown Salt Lake City, our kids had a great time in the in-room jacuzzi, complimentary popcorn and lemonade mix was a nice touch, there was plenty of on-site free parking, and no hidden fees.

Everything was perfect! We will be back!

My room at the Kimball was nice; very spacious and accommodating. However, there were a few things I didn't like about my stay. I was given a check in letter which said that I would be fined $25.00 for not taking out my trash when I left and another $25.00 for not doing the dishes before I left. There was also a fine for smoking in a non-smoking room. The staff was not very friendly.
