The Units have been completely updated new everything - just lovely - exterior has been updated/repaired/painted as well. This place is wonderful - you have the use of San Clemente Inn - yet privacy of a condo. complex vs. large resort - close to beach, town, even comes with a garage and game room. Very large comfortable units in a beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend this place for your next beach rental!!!

This is older but very well maintained. We stayed in the Oceano unit which sleeps six. It has a view of the ocean, a block away. You have full use of the San Clamente Inn, a short drive away. Very close to downtown, a short walk. There is a long path along the train tracks above the beach. Very nice to walk along. It is a great place to stay. NOT a resort but comfortable.

San Clemente is a lovely town. The units are within two minutes of the beach and have views of the ocean. The unit itself, the Bahia was a great disappointment. It was dark, and musty. Downstairs furnishings were stained and needed to be replaced. The sink over the kitchen window was treated in a way that did not allow you to see out and did not allow light in. The blinds covering the window were gritty. I realized later that the view from the window had been blocked to hide the garbage cans located outside that window. One kitchen drawer had simply been nailed shut. There was no fan in the downstairs bathroom so one can imagine how pleasant that was. The general feeling of the unit was old, old, old. Even the outside was not kept up. The area is beautiful with homes and condos that have been updated. These units stand out like a sore thumb with cracks and stains on the stucco. Friends arriving for the week-end commented that if this was an example of timesharing they would never be interested in buying.

On the other hand, the upstairs was much more pleasant. The bedrooms and bath were clean and comfortable.

Amazing practically ocean front location. Fabulous white water ocean views west of highway. Walk in less than 10 minutes to beach pier and fine restaurants and shops and stroll to quaint downtown San Clemente. This one's got it all, a fabulous relaxed beach town atmosphere for true ocean lovers! Finally a down to earth paradise in beautiful San Clemente. We go every year! Best Orange County timeshare value dares to compare!!
