I don't know about other rooms, but room 3 is very small and in the front corner where every outside noise came in all night long . Sleep was impossible, we even bought a sleep aid to try to help us. Would not stay here again.

We've stayed here twice and love it! The one bedrooms are quaint and roomy with a kitchenette. Great location and close to the cable cars.

Small room and one bathroom (studio) but everything is clean, calm and near everything. If you are alone or with another adult the studio is perfect.

May be, one day I bought a timeshare in San Francisco!

Three blocks off Union Square, one block south of Grace Cathedral and the Fairmont Hotel. Charming, small, quaint rooms. Studios and smallest 1 BR have no kitchens - but who cooks in SF? One block from cable line - a hefty walk but doable from BART. I love this place!

Absolutely unbelieveable inn. We loved it-- breakfast in bed, a hot tub on the roof with views of the city. Can't beat the amenities and location right on Nob Hill.

Had an enjoyable stay here two years ago in August. Comfortable, quaint, clean, friendly, close to everything. Would highly recommend it.
