Sarasota Sands

Sarasota Sands is absolutely wonderful. In my 10 years with them, I've never had any major issues, concerns or complaints with the establishment.

The beach is incredibly beautiful, displaying it's Crystal white sand, that you can only find at a handful of cities. It's location is spectacular, as it is at the end of the key, providing as much privacy as you'd like. Whereas, other establishments are very close together, leaving you with little, to no privacy at all.

St Armand's circle is close enough, to walk along the beach, however many choose to ride their bike, or drive their car for convenience. Some also choose to cross the bridge to spend time in the city for additional shops, entertainment, groceries, landmarks, or sightseeing.

At one point, I rented my unit for 5 years to the same couple, because they liked everything about it. They could afford to stay at any other location, however, they insisted on spending their vacation at Sarasota Sands. They loved the area, location and amenities. Further, they especially liked my unit, as the layout is much different than others and cannot occupy up to 6 people. They not only continued to rent from me, but expressed a strong desire of purchasing it, which I decided not to do, so that I would be able to use it for the duration of my existence and pass it on to my family. Fortunately for them, a unit became available for purchase and bought it right away.

As far back as I can remember, our family has been going to Florida every year. Each year we made a point to go to the beautiful Lido Key, spending much time at the beach and in St Armand's circle.

I can't say enough good things about the island. Of all the places to go in Florida, Lido Key, Sarasota is listed as one of the top three cities to go to.

Don't take my word for it, just go and you won't be able to prove me wrong!

How much do I love this place??? On my 3rd year of exchanging in every May, I ended up buying one unit for May & two units in August, looking for more in May too! I used to live in the area & take 2 units a week so my friends can come & stay with me on the beach!

Location is amazing! Beach is so beautiful! And having the park next door is amazing, at least in the summer, it is a very quiet area. All my friends love visiting, we've grilled, played pool in the game room, the visiting kids love the game room & the pool.

Very friendly folks that work there, I'm starting to get to know them so it must be a nice place to work! And the visitors are all very friendly too.

If you're looking for something fancy, move on. But if you're looking for a great location, smaller resort, beautiful beach, this can't be beat!!
