Beautiful scenery. Many dining options on site. Casino on property. Fairly close to Christiansted.

This resort is older..very remote..you need a car..1 bedroom condo has a queen bed..not king and the furniture is all old and not very comfortable at all..kitchen is tiny! The beach is nice, tides determine the seaweed etc. staff was very friendly and helpful, food is good, pools need an overhaul and a good cleaning....roads are very poorly marked and beaches are hard to get to..overall 2 1/2 * - if you want some action, this is not your spot..it's average at best! But..now we have been to all three US Virgin Islands and that was our goal..so another of many accomplishments off of our travel list...

My wife and I just returned from five days at the Divi Carina Bay resort. We stayed in an ocean-front room, so cannot give ratings on the condo units. However, the up-keep and service in the resort were very good. Staff was pleasant and features like the Beach Bar and Starlight Dinig Room were much appreciated. Great snorkeling right off of the beach, too.

Resort location, to us, was perfect: away from the crowd, which means you should rent a car if you want to shop or see the island. Travel time from the airport to Divi is roughly 40 minutes for the uninitiated. There are certain areas of St. Croix to be cautious about, but we've found that to be true on some other islands as well. The casino / night club is a nice feature. Entertainment was excellent, provided by a "motown" style group out of Las Vegas "Class One" or something like that.

This is a great place to do as little as you want during a beach holiday. We would definetly return to the Divi if we travel to St. Croix again.

I've just returned from Divi Carina Bay and would recommend it highly! The rooms are very nice and spacious, the food in the restaurants was great and the casino was a winner!! It was very easy to take a seaplane (18 minute flight) to St. Thomas, rent a car and see all of St. Thomas. We then took the car ferry over to St. John (4 miles away) and saw the incredible beaches. It's imperative to have a car in St. Croix as it's very spread out.

The hotel was very nice. Room was clean, looking right out to beach. The staff was very helpfull, courteous, and prompt. Recommend renting a car to get around on St. Croix. The roads are very good and well marked.

While laying on the beach, toughest decision may be " do I go 20 ft to cool of in the pool or 20 ft to cool off in the ocean? "

Would go back again.
