I love this place. Bought my 6th floor timeshare here in 1987, still consider myself so lucky to have regularly updated furniture and decor, a real kitchen with a dishwasher and full-size refrigerator, a comfortable and firm king-sized mattress, a sofa bed, a balcony that directly faces the ocean, and a lobby that opens right onto the nicest part of the boardwalk at the nicest part of the beach.

Great view of the ocean and great spot for your next family gathering! Close to a multitude of restaurants and bars! The Timeshare is run by the same management company for the last 35years!

Very clean and comfortable unit, right on the Boardwalk for people watching. Ocean is steps from the resort. Nice, quiet end of Virginia Beach and close to restaurants. Particularly like Planet Pizza, Rockefeller's, and Log Cabin.

By far our favorite place to stay when we come down to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. All the rooms directly face the ocean, the pool is AMAZING for our kids, and my husband and I love the hot tub with a view of the ocean. Don't miss this place!

Fantastic location right on the beach. Plenty of everything all around. July 4th weekend can get a little crowded though. The best bike path anywhere. I love the atmosphere at night. Full panoramic view from balcony. Save a lot of money versus booking at the Hilton or Marriott.

Location, Location, Location!!! I have stayed here many times and keep going back year after year (sometimes twice a year). I have stayed at other resorts also, but this one is prefect for me. The resort is located directly on the boardwalk/beach. The main strip "Atlantic Ave" is located directly on the other side of the resort. The main strip and the boardwalk provide plenty of restaurants and shops to enjoy. There is also much entertainment provided by the city free of charge all along the boardwalk and Atlantic Avenue during the summer. This is an older resort that has been nicely renovated. All suites have one bedroom with a king bed, one combined living/kitchen area, one full bath, and a private balcony or patio. The kitchen area includes everything you need for up to four guest. But the best part is the absolutely beautiful view of the boardwalk, beach, and Atlantic Ocean from the living room and private balcony. In comparison to what other beachfront resorts are charging, this is a great value. It's perfect for a single person, a couple, or a couple with up to two small children.

The cleanest property I have stayed at, and there have been many. I believe they even do the bedspreads after each check- out. I was awaken 2 times during the week I was there by the guests next door partying, so the wall were not that thick. I would still go back again; it is one of the better places that are ocean front on Virginia Beach.

I stayed in this resort over July 4th weekend 2005. This place is great. Beautiful balcony over the beach. Biggest sandiest beach on the East Coast. Restaurants everywhere, bands at certain street corners, and the Boardwalk was superb - had a separate path for bikes. Unit is not large but has everything. Will definitely stay here again. The most impressive thing is the walls are very thick. You can't here any noise around you when you're sleeping. I found this to be important when I stayed a Myrtle Beach a while back. In Myrtle you have to listen to the traffic until 2 am. Pick-up trucks going by with grills frying burgers in the back. You won't find any of that in VA beach!

Thought property was well run and clean. Note that 'complimentary continental breakfast' is only free for one day for time share rentals. Otherwise it's $60 for the balance of the week. Towels and morning paper provided. Cleaning provided twice during week. On site parking is limited, however, you can park in a garage just across the street. Accessible to many restaurants, shops and amusements by foot or trolley.

We had a wonderful time here. A very nice place-clean, comfortable, right on the beach. The kitchen was a little small-a mini with no real counterspace but with all essentials. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, better than most gold crowns! The staff is very accommodating.
