Very comfortable small studios. Some studios can t connect to a scond studio to make a one bedroom lockout. Each studio sleeps four people, two on a foldout couch, two in a queen size bed. Workable for a couple with one or two children.

The pool is indoor and nice, larger than most indoor pools.The resort doesn't have any other on site activites.

However the main activity that people visit this part of main for is the beutifull beaches of Maine's south coast which are just a 5 minuite drive from Sea Mist. Also great nature preserves and hikeing trails in the area.

Very good seafood and New England cooking in the restaurants. We spent some time watching fishing boats and their crews unloading the days catch.

We went to the Wells Public library daily to read all the national and local news pappers. Local citizens are friendly, helpfull and everything you could ask for in old fashion small town America.

Sea Mist is very well maintained. Unlike most timeshares you get daily maid service. Everything is clean, well desighned and in working order. Always fresh clean towels and bed linens.

Each studio has a partial kitchen with a microwave, half size refrigerator and a sink. Nice bathrooms with a tub and shower combination.
