Amazing location! Walking distance to 6 restaurants, the food trucks, movie theatre and mini golf. Beautiful indoor pool and hot tub, pool deck and exercise room. One mile to Wells beach. Close to Ogunquit, Kennebunkport and Portland. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Great place to stay as a couple or family.

Very well done motel conversion. Comfortable studios in the sothern costal region of main. Daily maid service. Great good size indoor pool. I went swiming every day. everything worked. Great base to see the southen main area and eat seafood.

We stayed here for a weekend for a family reunion and really enjoyed it. Nice units, very clean and spacious. Convenient to the ocean and to everything in Wells and surrounding areas.
