if you rent from the owner does it include all-inclusive????

The price shown on rentals at an all-inclusive resort typically does not cover the all-inclusive plan. You would need to contact the owner or agent to see how much the AI plan runs per person and what it includes. Just click on the Ask a Question link on the right side of the posting page.
