We stayed here in November 2005. Very
close to Punta Ballena which is a jewel. It is a
5 minute drive to Punta del Este and the ritzy
designer shops and high rise buildings. The
resort is beautiful, first class, amid what looks
like a plantation. They have everything,
including a tennis court, swimming pool in
each development (Solanas Country Club,
Solanas Royalmar and Solanas Forest Resort).
