We rented here through a vacation package company. The price was
right and we were planning our trip spur-of-the-moment. The rooms
were dated, the safe box in our room was rusted, and it had an
overall unclean feeling. We felt grossly disappointed when we walked
into our room then walked the grounds. Happily, Occidental owns a
property next door which we upgraded to. For $40 a night more, it
was beautiful with excellent service, marble floors, jacuzzi tubs in the
rooms, etc.
