I have been here several times and love it for the peace and quiet, great staff, and spacious suites with awesome views. More like a small apartment complex than a resort, there are no activities, loud music, sales presentations to dodge. Not on the beach, so a car is usefull, but buses are a short walk away and taxis come with call from the front desk. Not for those who want glitz and activity, but if you want peace, whale watching from your balcony, and relaxation, this is the spot.

HOT DEAL.....I have been an owner since 1983 and I assure you that you will be treated as family . This is my first time offering this outstanding unit for rent . This is a very exclusive and beautiful small resort with an extensive patio and gorgeous pool . The views of the bay are fantastic. The rooms are large and beautifully furnished and decorated in traditional Spanish elegance. I have booked it for six adults but kids can be substituted. This is not for party animals please. Lots of fun a kilometre down the hill. Our stay at WIVC Conchas Chinas was exactly the peaceful escape we hoped for. The resort has a boutique feel. It's quiet, charming, and beautifully maintained with incredibly spacious suites that made it feel luxurious and comfortable. Waking up to those breathtaking ocean views was a highlight every day.

The decor blends modern touches with Mexican charm. Having a full kitchen was a huge bonus for preparing easy family meals without always eating out. The maid service was excellent. Coming back to a completely freshened-up suite each day felt like a treat.

The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. There’s a calm, welcoming atmosphere. It's not a big commercial resort, which is part of its appeal. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and never crowded.

The resort feels tucked away enough to be peaceful, yet close enough to visit downtown Puerto Vallarta with ease, including the Malecón, historic areas, local shops, and dining spots. There’s also beach access nearby.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, spacious, and authentic Puerto Vallarta experience, especially families or couples seeking quality, serenity, and stunning views.
