    This resort has 180 degree view of the Caribbean Sea with an infinity pool that views the Sea, Grill station with two gas grills and is Newley remodeled and opened with all new all units that opened January 2021.

    Situated on the south coast with a breathtaking view of the ocean and amazing sunsets. Simpson Bay has many luxury yachts and there is great snorkeling, diving and watersports.

    The resort has a friendly staff and has made many improvements the last few years to achieve the RCI Gold Crown standard. A popular winter destination with plenty to do, great food and a short ferry ride to both St Barts and Anguilla.

    Rent a car and explore the island. Great duty free shopping in Phillipsburg and Marigot. You won't want to go home.

  • I LOVE this resort!! I now own 2 units there. Traded into it a lot of times then decided to buy at one of the better resort on the Island!!
