We were a little concerned when we read some of the old reviews. However, the unit turned out to be nice and up to date with new carpeting, large TV and comfortable furniture. The unit was clean, quiet and with amble room for four guests. It had a very nice large deck with a good view of wooded area and small view of lake. Washer and dryer were located in the unit. There was a charge of $45 to cover internet, parking, etc. The units are located about seven miles from Branson activities but West Branson is close for shopping. We enjoyed our stay the last week of Sept, 2019.

We stayed at RAVC at Lantern Bay during Oct / 2005 and found it to be almost totally new with new furniture and fully furnished kitchen, a large deck, a very nice jaccuzi on the premises, which was within walking distance. We stayed the entire week and loved it - being 2 miles from the city made it a quiet and relaxing place that was thoroughly enjoyable. We plan to stay there again in December to enjoy the condo as well as the entertainment, which is plentiful in the Branson area.

Beware of what this resort claims to offer. We tried to stay there the week of the 23rd of May. After finally finding the check-in, which appears to be an old trailer house, it was closed. We had to come back later and found someone that provided a key. Our unit was 2 flights down with no elevator. Pet hair was all over the living room furniture, the floors had weak spots in them. Furnishing were comparable to a cheap motel. The unit 2 doors down had completely burned with the stench of smoke strong in the air. Walking distance to SDC, how about 2 miles? We checked in and out of Royal Aloha within 2 hours and made arrangements at Fairfield, they were the greatest. Just telling it like it is.
