Do the 3 BR units sleep 12 as opposed to 10 since there are 2 additional queen beds compared to the 2 BR units?

3 BR has 4 queen beds, 1 king bed and a large sofa bed (it's either queen or king).

If a two bedroom can sleep 8, a three bedroom has 2 more beds. I would think it can sleep 12. The 2 bedroom counts the couch, and the 3 bedroom has the same couch. Counting beds, a two bedroom should only be able to sleep 6. The official web page does list the couch.

According to the resort website, the maximum occupancy in the three-bedroom units is 10 people.
