We have stayed here several times however I gave thhis rating due to senior mobility problems. Our room had a beautiful view of the marina however there is no elevators. to get to pool area or restaurant you need to go through main lobby then down over 3 flights of stairs. Coming up was very difficult. You can call for a golf cart to take you around the property(of course you give a nice tip each way, which is optional ) our room had a bed on a platform which had steps on each side, to bath and to balcony. not good for mobility problems. Only a few english speaking channels,(news) grounds and pools beautiful and staff very friendly. lost our phone service after a few days but a young fellow (staff) was able to bring it back only to factory status. at least we were able to make phone calls. It would be gfreat if they could install elevators. Not a great choice for mobility difficultes.
