Went June 08. New owners have done an excellent
job and everything was freshly painted and new
appliances and furniture. It is a big resort and
you are part of the water park as well as having a
couple of very large pools for the resort. There
is lots of evening entertainment. They offer a
very inexpensive meal plan that includes free
drinks at the bar and pool all day as well as ice
creams and other goodies. We did not use it as we
were driving around the island and eating out most
days so the value of the plan would be reduced.
However, many of the people staying seemed to have
booked units like a hotel and stayed at the resort
24/7. It is right in the middle of the island so
it is easy to drive to the many beaches and
sights. Corfu is very beautiful and you should
drive around. Many tavernas sit on cliffs or at
the beach.
