Grand Park Royal Cancun Reviews & Ratings

WONDERFUL We loved our stay at Grand Park Royal Cancun! Upon arrival and throughout our stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, as it's located in the Hotel Zone and only about 25 minutes from the airport. We stayed in the main building in an ocean-front Deluxe room. All the rooms have ocean views, and from our 6th-floor balcony, the view was beautiful! Our room was always clean, and the bed was comfortable. The beach was amazing with soft sand and gentle waves. There were a lot of seating options. There is an adult-only pool area with a swim-up bar that is great! The waiters walked around frequently in case you needed another drink. We really liked the Italian restaurant, especially their salad bar. I also got a steak there, which was delicious! The rooftop bar above the restaurant had a great ocean view and wasn't crowded. We also loved the Mexican restaurant's shrimp tacos, the cafe's ice cream, and the Asian/Hibachi restaurant. We didn't like that the pools and hot tubs closed at 8 pm. I would definitely recommend this resort for a beautiful and restful vacation for both families and couples.

Excellent, 5 star Hyatt standards...clean, plush, great restaurants.... lovely, friendly and helpful Hyatt staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
