I have been advised that there is now a Resort Fee which is not mention in the rental details.
Is this correct?
No, there is not unless you try to book more than 13 months in advance.

Yes there is a resort fee if you are not an owner. I believe the resort
fee is $19.99 plus tax. I recommend calling SLBI direct.
