I have rented at the Inn at Bay Harbor. It's a
wonderful resort. Great lake view rooms, nice
pool and grounds, restaurant and spa and
lovely comfortable rooms. However, it's
fractional ownership by Boyne Vacation Club.
It's managed by the Renaissance thus it's
relationship to Marriott. I have tried to trade
into it twice through II as I have two Marriott
Vacation Club properties with no success. It's
totally booked in the summer months.
