I really enjoy Pollard Brook. The location is great for Fall foliage, skiing and Outlet shopping. The staff is friendly and pleasant all year round.

Week 40 is always a beautiful week to watch the NH fall foliage change colors on Loon Mountain across from my unit at Pollard Brook Resorts in Lincoln, NH.

One of the best InnSeason locations with all of the amenities. The units are comfortable and well appointed, a great place to come back to after outdoor activities, of which there are many.

Nestled in the beautiful White Mountains. Outstanding view of Loon Mountain. Lots to do nearby and on resort property. Rooms are up to date and spacious. Free Wi-Fi, TVs with VCR/DVD combos, full kitchens with dishware and cooking utensils, full-size living rooms with gas fireplaces, and decks or balconies. Most have whirlpool tubs.

Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, an exercise room, a playground, basketball and volleyball courts, tennis courts, a sauna and a game room. There are also laundry facilities.

We've enjoyed many wonderful family vacations here!

Great location about 1 mile from Loon Mountain for great family skiing. Also Canon and Waterville Valley within a short drive. The staff is so friendly; the whole town of Lincoln is friendly. You will get great service everywhere. The are many good restaurants in Lincoln. A beautiful drive over the Kanc is Conway where there is great outlet shopping and Jonathan's Seafood where you can get a great lobster roll, just the way you remembered it. Pollard Brook offers a great vacation and very good skiing.

We love the outdoor hot tub in the winter!!! The mountain is less than a minute away and the restaurants are great. The units are spacious and the staff is amazing. In the summer there is so much to do - Storyland, Santa's Village & Clarks trading post. All amazing for the family. Tons of activities at the resort as well.

We love this resort because as an owner we can come up almost anytime and get a place to stay for a few days at a discounted price. The rooms are always very clean and fully furnished with anything you should need to stay and live like it's your own home. My sister and her family love to come up for a few days during Thanksgiving. She cooks a full Thanksgiving dinner and we all share some quality family time. Then we go out and play in the snow with the kids. There is something to do in the area all year round. In Summer we can hike, Fall we take in the foliage, Winter is the skiing, and spring you get to see the forest sprout back to life. There is no bad season there, it's truely beautiful.
