The dining options are incredible—so many restaurants to choose from, and every meal was delicious. The spa experience was amazing, and the resort offers various entertainment, including a water park, bowling alley, nightly shows, a beautiful beach, and stunning pools.

Have been member since 2006. Amazing place and the food is great. Never get bored. So much to do.

Absolutely the finest place we have ever been to. We were in a presidential suite and it was over the top awesome!! The restaurants and food were first class, the service was super exceptional. If you want to feel super special on a vacation of a lifetime, this place is the one!! Our experience was nothing but class all the way!

We loved the resort. We actually stayed one week at the Sunrise because the Grand was booked and then we stayed the second week at the Grand. We loved both resorts. The Grand is really awesome since it is Brand new but we like the views of the ocean from our room at the Sunrise better. Really for the price the Sunrise had just as much to offer and because we rented from a VIP Palace Premier member we had access to the Grand by using our resort credits. So it is the best of both worlds. The sunrise has 6 restaurant and it sister section the Nizuk has 4 restaurants. The Grand itself has 10 restaurants so 20 restaurants and these are the nice sit down order from a menu. If you add up all of the other places to eat there must be over 40 and then the bars and night clubs to many to count. We stayed in a Presidential suite at the Sunrise and the room was gigantic. We actually took a sales tour and we saw all of their other properties as well as their planned new properties. We will definitely be going back or to other Palace or Hard Rock Properties but we will stick with our guy as he is at the highest membership level which we could never afford to pay what he did to get all of the benefits we received. The pools at the Sunrise are also gigantic we really loved the Sunrise. We had a family suite at the Grand which was just fine it is basically 2 rooms with a connecting door king on one side and 2 queens in the other room. It too was a big room plenty for us and our 4 children but the Presidential suite are much larger as they have 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a living room, dinning room and a wet bar entertainment area. Plus the family suite at the Grand was about the same we paid for a Presidential at the Sunrise. This was by far the best vacation ever we could not get our kids off the surf rider at the Sunrise even when we were at the Grand everyday they were going back to the Sunrise for the Surfrider. Plus we loved the Brazilian steak house at Sunrise we ate there 4 times so even when we were at the Grand we went back 2 times. My youngest is a picky eater but he ate his best meals ever and loved that place. Well which ever you choose the Sunrise, Nizuk or the Grand you will have a wonderful vacation but in my opinion the views, the pools, activities and especially the price for the Sunrise was the best for our family
