Been to Mark IX Condominiums lately?
Units are dated, but comfortable. NO HOT TUB! Description lists a hot tub. Convenient to bus stop. Stayed at property in 4/2021.

Nice rooms, but not a particularly nice location. I would not stay here as a first choice again.
