The location of this property is a wonderful asset. One block off Main Street in Breckenridge - easy walking to eateries and shops. Then the free shuttle comes right by the corner of the property to take you to slopes or anywhere around town.

The units are (nice updates & renovation), but the best part is right outside your door — wonderful decks that face unparalleled mountain views.

There is a washer/dryer, fireplace, nicely appointed kitchen, and a mud room to knock the boots off. Certainly an enjoyable place to visit- French Ridge and the town of Breckenridge.

Great comfort and amenities and amazing location. It's a short 9 minute walk to Breckenridge Ski Resort, 5 minute walk to the resort shuttle, 2 minute walk to Main Street (which is amazing), and a 5 minute walk to the Breckenridge Riverwalk Center. You can't do any better than French Ridge Condo's...truly!

Location is the best! 2blocks to Main Street. Outstanding views. Comfortable and clean with a staff who is onsite and very helpful. Love to stay here!

Breckenridge!!! You'll love this unique spot right in the heart of lovely downtown Breckenridge. Easy access to the night life of your choice. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery store, ski-lift, shuttles to outlying slopes. Get a good night's rest in these well-maintained units. Gas fireplace. Great hiking trails and alpine slide in summer seasons. Fishing and a lake not far away. Enjoy the fresh air!

Absolutely wonderful location in the town of Breckenridge - walking distance to shops, restaurants. Walk to Beaver Run lift is ~10 min. Can use free bus service around town (stops every 20 minutes). A nice, well maintained Victorian-style condo (super cute) which means doesn't have the amenities of a large resort (ie no pool or game room on site) but everything you need is in walking distance.

Walk anywhere in town from this great location. All of the units have recently been remodeled and they look great! The view from the hot tub is awesome. French Ridge is on the bus line that will take you directly to the slopes.

We stayed at French Ridge over the 4th of July. As noted prior, the location is excellent and you can walk to Main Street. But, sadly the room was just not very nice. The Management Company tried very hard to fix the problems, but the rooms need a complete renovation. Some units have been renovated and have new kitchens/ baths. But, the unit we were in was NOT updated and needed a renovation badly. The blinds were broken, window screens missing, towel bars in bathrooms fell out of the wall, and a kitchen drawer was a 2X4 screwed into the drawer. Because this horrible drawer front, it was almost impossible to get silverware out of the drawer. The unit did have newer furniture and the beds were comfortable. But, I would call to find out if the unit you are assigned has had any renovations. I would stay here again, but only if the room had been renovated. Also the unit we were in was only around 800 square feet; it was actually quite cramped with the size of the furniture. Many of their units are closer to 1100 square feet and the furniture will work very nicely in the larger units.

We did enjoy the hot tub that faced the ski mountain every evening. We loved being able to watch the fireworks from our own private Hot Tub. The Hot Tub was newer and also was clean when we arrived.

Accomodations are 3 star. Location is 5 star. The bedrooms/bath are upstairs for the two bedroom units, so this is not for the physically disabled. Private hot tubs on your deck are wonderful. Views toward French Street are best. Walk anywhere from here. One block to main street and grocery store. Free Breckenridge shuttle buses take you everywhere else. 9600 feet altitude so take it easy!
